Rorie joined the team as a Mortgage Adviser in 2014 and promoted to a Director in 2021 to help manage and grow the team organically . Having moved to Norwich from Hertfordshire in 1996 to study for his HND in Business & Marketing, Rorie made Norwich his home. With over a decade of experience within the Financial Services industry and spending time in the hospitality sector Rorie has gained great experience providing excellent service with the vital knowledge required to help his clients.

Rorie always goes above and beyond to assist clients, ensuring they are not kept in the dark and are 100% comfortable throughout the decision-making process. Rorie relies on his high service levels to build lasting professional relationships, chatting to clients like old friends.

He is also a busy family man with fast growing twins. In his spare time, he has a love of the great outdoors, going for walks, along with running, and football. He has also a growing interest in Top Fuel Dragster racing.
